Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original Havana Socks packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
